It seems that the guy “Leonard Berney” whom we mentioned in an earlier blog post about him placing an ad, soliciting funds from the public, has also put out the same ad in an English newspaper in Hong Kong, according to one of our Hong Kong readers. If he isn’t licensed to solicit for money in Hong Kong for financial businesses, then that is probably illegal.
