Japanese consumer confidence falls in April

(RTTNews) - Japan’s consumer confidence declined to 35.2 in April from 36.7 in March and 36.1 in February, the Cabinet Office reported Friday. Economists had expected a reading of 37.8. The current rate is the lowest since March 2003, when the reading was 34.7.
