Austria April Trade Surplus Shrinks

(RTTNews) - Friday, Statistics Austria announced that trade surplus for April stood at EUR62.63 million, down from EUR240.97 million a year ago. Exports rose 12.6% year-on-year, while imports were up 14.9%.

For the period from January to April, Austria recorded a trade surplus of EUR468.84 million, with exports rising 6.8% and imports up 6.5%.
